TRENCHES 55 minutes of high intensity bodyweight exercises in a competitive environment. TIKA ‘TRENCHES’ will be a 25 – 40 minute working block of high-rep exercises, plyometric/power movements, anaerobic exercises & crawling. These sessions are suitable for those of an advanced fitness level or anyone looking to test how far they can push themselves - be prepared to work nice & hard!
We recommend 2-3 classes per week for a minimum of 6 weeks to get the most out of the TRENCHES.
TIME BOMB 45 minutes of circuit based strength & conditioning stations based on time. The ‘TIME-BOMB’ blocks will allow time for those still learning exercises to establish quality habits, yet also cater for those looking to get through as big a workload as possible. The session will conclude with core work / stretching.
We recommend 3 sessions a week for those looking to get the most out of the ‘TIME-BOMB’ – these sessions are suitable for any fitness level as you can work at your own speed.
TONER 60 minutes of female focused exercise designed to increase strength, fitness, energy levels and confidence, all while reducing body fat & stress levels. We will use lighter-weights, fast exercises and simple movements in an incredibly fun, motivating environment to help give you the body you wake up wanting!
We will run 3 TONERS per week & we recommend attending all of them for at least 6 - 12 weeks to ensure the best results possible. Additional options include help with goalsetting, nutrition, and body measurements.
THRASH 30 minutes of high intensity, non-stop exercise to help you build strength, increase power, & expand that lung capacity. Tika THRASH is designed to get your heart rate up, and keep it up during the comprehensive 30 minute full body blast!
Depending on your physical requirements we recommend 1-2 THRASH sessions per week, especially when you need to shock your system into action!
TEENS Its one thing knowing what you want to achieve, it's entirely different when you're not quite sure how to make it happen. At TIKA we aim to help the 15 - 18 year old learn the 'tricks of the trade', and get them performing at the top of their ability. We give the option of whether you want help with training programs, technique, nutrition, goal setting, & we can also help you find a mentor should you need one.
TIN A full range of free weights are available anytime during opening hours at the TIKA Tin Shed, whether you're after size, strength or power training the Tika Trainers are ready to help!
