We provide general fitness & conditioni­ng work, Strength / S­ize Training, Speed / Power Training, Boxing, Functional fitness­, TRX and Nutritional advice.

You can train at TIKA via:

  • TIKA Training
  • 1 on 1 Personal training sessions (Gym / Conditioning)
  • Team/Corporate sessions.
  • Program prescription

We also provide private circuit training, all sessions are 45minutes long and include warm up, core work and cool down.
